We just wrapped a Day of Viewing Homes in Henderson NV with a couple from the NorthWest looking to relocate in Henderson NV, preferably in an Age Restricted Community.
After viewing homes in MacDonald Ranch and Sun City Anthem we drove to Heritage at Cadence just off the 215 Beltway and Lake Mead Drive. If you are driving on the 215 Beltway and take it all the way East, it will turn into Lake Mead Drive which intersects with Water Street and the Historic Section of Henderson.
Cadence is a Master Plan community that borders Tuscany and is closer to the City than Lake Las Vegas which is just a few stoplights past the turnoff on Cadence Crest.
